Default Strange PR Update

I just checked my Google Toolbar and I saw my websites going to PR5 from 3-4. What's going on is that final PR update or what?

Most of our older websites have updated the inner page PR's, not the homepage PR. I think Google is trying not to increase the homepage PR so that people do not get a high PR for the homepage which is what is used by people for selling links.
Is the PR is going to remain like that or will change again?

How it has updated so earlier. It may be due to Big Daddy completion

Lot of problems this time Home page PR 4 and internal pages PR6. Again where we used 301 redirection PR quite high. there is some flaw at Google. It will be corrected soon
