Only home page has been index, the other pages are not indexed yet for 2 weeks.
How long does it take to index the other pages as well?

Hi,
Here is following points may it helps you:-
Remove duplicate content to avoid supplemental index.
You can use a robots.txt file to tell search engines (and other bots, too) where they can and cannot go. An excellent tutorial can be found at http://www.robotstxt.org/wc/robots.html.
