Default Google supports META NOODP tag

In some circumstances, Google uses descriptions from the Open Directory Project as the title and snippet for a web result; this tag lets you opt out of the ODP title and description.

What you thing it will help in ranking or just the user we see the orginal tilte instead of ODP Title

You can now present actual/own title to search user's in Google. I also heard that MSN created it.
