SEO for Google, Yahoo and MSN

I think everyone always build a site with only Google in mind as Google is the best search engine that people would use to do search. However, we can't underestimate the potential of yahoo and MSN as well.

So I would really like to learn how to boost traffic from MSN and yahoo as well. And do SEO for Googl, Yahoo and MSN should be done differently?

As per my views, SEO for two (MSN and Yahoo) are same as for the google, All these three search engines like keywords, contents, Header tags and back links for the rankings. MSN like more keyword rich contents.
