Default Page Rank

Hey guyss...according to me having high Page Rank site doesn't mean high traffic. It still depends on how interesting, how much contents, how you market the site and most specially how you SEO.
so how do you define more traffic?

PageRank is the number that Google give to each website. Every website is given a Google PageRank score between 0 and 10.
